TC delivery technology is being developed to achieve direct-to-brain delivery of therapeutics by deploying novel fluidics to achieve precise delivery of a bolus to the olfactory mucosa (not a spray or atomizer).

Once the bolus is delivered to the olfactory mucosa, capillary bridging effect enhances residence time during which small molecules and biologics are transported to the CNS vis multiple pathways including olfactory neurons.

TC Delivery Advantages

RSH TC Delivery averages more than five times the volume delivered to the olfactory mucosa than a standard spray device, with less than one fifth the variability.
